First off, you should decide your budget when shopping for a computer network card. Obviously, since you may not know much about wireless cards, you may not know how much they cost.

Don’t worry too much about this however, since decent wireless network cards can be relatively inexpensive. Next, determine what kind of adapter you need do you have a laptop or desktop? If you have a laptop then a wireless USB adapter is better suited for the job and if you have a desktop then you might want to opt for a wireless PCI adapter instead.
